1. Service scope
NookStage provides venue discovery, descriptive information, shortlist tools, and inquiry pathways. We are not the owner of every listed venue and do not guarantee availability, suitability, pricing, or event outcomes.
2. Listing information
Catalog details are supplied or reviewed for planning convenience. Users must confirm capacity, access, licensing, insurance, production requirements, dates, and final costs with the relevant venue.
3. Local planning tools
Fallows and Cart operate in the browser and are organizational tools only. Cart totals are estimates and do not constitute an offer, reservation, invoice, or payment request.
4. Acceptable use
Users must provide truthful inquiry information, respect venue and community rules, avoid abuse or interference, and refrain from copying, scraping, or redistributing the directory without permission.
5. Intellectual property
NookStage branding, editorial copy, interface design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted beyond ordinary personal or business planning use.
6. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, NookStage is not responsible for third-party venue performance or indirect losses. We may revise the service or these terms, with the updated date shown on this page.
